Leveraging decades of hands-on background, our company has been granted 67 patents. These patents cover innovations in process design, equipment development, device engineering, and applied technologies.
Our company focuses on the research of upstream and downstream industries related to polycarboxylate water-reducing agents. Through continuous exploration, we have established a product system with pce superplasticizers at its core, supported by related additives including set accelerators, expansion agents, defoamers, air-entraining agents, Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC), and redispersible powders. Driven by technological innovation, we establish efficient production models that contribute to a sustainable, green future for both the construction industry and people’s life quality.
How it all started

2003,
Rizhao Xuri Building Materials Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on the production and distribution of lignosulfonate and polynaphthalene sulphonate.
2008,
Rizhao Guangxin Building Materials Co., Ltd. was founded to conduct product iteration and launched the production line for high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizers which are safe for human body. In pursuit of excellence, extensive research into polyether macromonomer synthesis and production technology was undertaken to secure the finest raw materials.
2013,
Rizhao Gengrun New Building Materials Co., Ltd. was formed, occupying a workshop area of 12, 000 square meters. The company specializes in the production of and specialty mortars and powdered pce superplasticizers, and has successfully achieved mass production of the latter.
2016,
The establishment of a Thailand factory enabled the company to directly supply products and technical services to our international clients, which marks a significant milestone in our global expansion.
2017,
A factory in Indonesia was set up, furthering the global expansion efforts.
2018,
The construction of the Shandong Kaiyuda New Material Technology Co., Ltd. plant officially commenced, with the workshop covering an area of 25,000 square meters. Simultaneously, the company launched a project with an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons of polycarboxylate superplasticizers. The ‘Kaiyuda’ was unveiled and operated as an independent water-reducing agent brand.
2022,
Kaiyuda developed and mass-produced slump-preserving, slow-release and hexa-carbon pce superplasticizer powders, as well as 60% concentration polycarboxylic superplasticizer liquid.
2024,
Kaiyuda initiated a new production line with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons of polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder.
